Sinopse: A história de Glee passa-se dentro do McKinley High School. O professor de espanhol Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) é um idealista, que assume a coordenação do Glee Club do colégio, um clube musical largado às traças. Como Will fez parte dele quando estudante, aceita o desafio de deixá-lo pronto para o campeonato regional de glees. Não será fácil: o diretor cortou todas as verbas e a sua esposa simula uma gravidez para que ele largue o “trabalho gratuito” e arranje um emprego extra. Os alunos que entram na empreitada são os “losers”. Só quando o astro de futebol americano Finn Hudson (Cory Monteith) se junta ao grupo é que toda a escola fica de olho no projecto.
